Filing a Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Link(s) to the infringing material on our site
- Your contact information (name, email, address)
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature
